Name ‘Jija’ in Jija Career Foundation reflects a name of respect and trust within families and society. It symbolizes guidance, support, and empowerment in the areas of education, skill development, and employment. The Foundation is committed to working at all levels to uplift individuals and contribute meaningfully to societal growth.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

1. To promote, facilitate, and improve the education and employability of individuals by providing a digital and physical platform that acts as a bridge between job seekers (candidates) and providers (employers), specifically targeting the unemployed, under-represented, and economically weaker sections of society.

2. To conduct skill development, research, skill-gap analysis, and aptitude testing to help candidates identify suitable career paths, and to provide data-driven insights to employers regarding the availability of skilled human resources for the overall development of the national economy.

3. To develop, maintain, and operate a non-profit web portal and mobile application to host a database of resumes and job vacancies, ensuring that the right to information regarding employment opportunities in India and abroad are accessible to all, irrespective of geographical or financial barriers.

4. To organize workshops, seminars, and training programs aimed at enhancing the soft skills, technical proficiency, and interview readiness of candidates, thereby making them industry-ready and promoting the advancement of education in the professional sphere.

5. To act as a liaison between government bodies, NGOs, and corporate entities (under CSR initiatives) to implement employment schemes and to facilitate the placement of rural and urban youth into meaningful vocational opportunities.

6. To create an empowered society where every individual, especially youth and underprivileged communities, has access to quality education, skill development, and meaningful employment opportunities to lead a dignified and successful life. Foundation will also focus to use new technologies like AI, ML etc for best utilisation of talent.

7. No objects of the Company shall be carried out without permission of the Competent Authority whatsoever and no objects of the company shall be carried on commercial basis.
